Product Manager
Baz Cloud is building a platform to simplify how developers understand, collaborate on, and deploy code. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who understands the software development lifecycle from the inside out.
In this role, you won’t just manage a backlog; you will act as the bridge between complex engineering capabilities—specifically LLM integrations—and practical user needs. We need someone who can go deep into the codebase when necessary to understand constraints and translate them into a clear product strategy.

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead product development from initial concept through launch, ensuring all features align with our long-term goals.
- Write detailed specs, prioritize the roadmap, and work closely with engineering and design to ensure on-time delivery.
- Partner with customers to identify pain points and gather feedback that directly informs product improvements.
- Define and track KPIs (adoption, retention, churn) to measure success and guide future development cycles.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B or B2C SaaS, specifically within a startup environment.
- Proficiency with modern AI dev tools is mandatory
- Proven ability to turn complex technical challenges into clear, actionable requirements for the development team.
- Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
- Experience using data to drive decision-making and performance analysis.
- Experience as a former Software Engineer is a significant advantage.
